- Inspection of unit and complete report on the property’s condition upon tenant vacating
- Provide inspection report copy to tenant and owner including any estimated damages
- Return the balance of the security deposit to the tenant (when applicable)
- Forward to owner or hold in reserves, any portion of the tenant’s security deposit for required repairs
- Clean unit and perform any needed repairs or upgrades (additional charges apply)
- Re-Key locks (additional charges apply)
- Place the property back on the market for rent
