- Collect rent rom tenant and send payment and monthly statement to you.
- Send required annual Certificate of Rent Paid to tenant.
- Pursue late payments with phone calls, letters and personal visits to the tenant.
- Enforcing late fees
- Process evictions
- Filing relevant paperwork to initiate and complete an unlawful detainer action (additional charges apply)
- Representing owner in court (additional charges apply)
- Coordinating with law enforcement to remove tenant and tenant’s possessions from unit (additional charges apply)
