- Review lease guidelines with tenant regarding things like rental payment terms and required property insurance.
- Draw up leasing agreement. (carefully drafted to provide maximum protection for our property owners)
- Confirm move-in date & deliver keys.
- Ensure all agreements are properly executed.
- Perform a detailed move-in inspection with tenant and have tenants sign a report verifying condition of the property prior to move-in.
- Collect first and last month’s rent and security deposit.
- Coordinate with Home Owners Association (if applicable)
