I’ve been using Extra Property Management for managing my property for 4 years and I’ve been very pleased with them. We have had interesting tenants over the years and Matan and his team have been amazing in making the experience as painless for us as possible. The team is on top of maintenance, tenant issues and informs us of major maintenance events. We have done a rehab project with them as well as face lifts after tenant changes. I’d highly recommend Extra Property Management for the most hands off, reliable, peace of mind property management an investor could ask for.
